Esan Leadership Forum of Georgia (ELFG)  is a non-profit, non-political Group, whose purpose among others shall be to promote leadership, development and strengthen our family; preserve and promote Esan cultural heritage; to enhance the welfare of the people of Esan land, and to encourage mutual cooperation among the Esan communities in the United States and all over the world.  We are a group of Esan people comprising of current and past leaders of the Esan Community who have decided to forge ahead to form a leadership group made up of men and women with mutual trust and understanding.

A message from the President

Thank you for visiting our website. I welcome you to join us in our effort to help to promote leadership and development in Esan communities around the globe. Our goal is to help to identify, nurture and develop leadership among our youths and help to educate and make them leaders in our communities. Our members are men and women of high integrity who you can entrust to properly utilize any donation that you make to this organization. Once again, thank you for your interest in our organization and we count on you as a member and/or partner in our effort
to promote leadership, development and strengthen our families and communities.

MEMBERSHIP

General membership is open to all Esan sons and daughters living in the Georgia, USA. Membership is also open to all wives/husband of Esan origin and their offspring as well as the offspring of our unmarried sons/daughters resident in Georgia. Membership to this group is by invitation only. All applicants have to be thoroughly vetted and they have to be individuals who have held leadership position or have shown some leadership ability in the community.

This organization and its members are committed to the following objectives:

bulletCreate a forum for intellectual exchange of ideas.
bulletPromote and encourage Esan Ethnic habits amongst members.

bulletBecome a partner in the development of Esan Communities.
bulletPartner with other NGOs to make the state a better place for all.
