About ZUMUNTA
Formed in 1991 in New York , Zumunta
Association USA Inc., is a tax-exempt 501(c),
progressive, fast-growing, non-profit and non-political
organization of Northern Nigerians based in the United
States. With solid, down-to-the-earth objectives,
Zumunta aspires to help develop the North
technologically, socially, and economically; cater for
its members, preserve the rich and diverse culture of
Nigeria, and improve the image of the country in the
global arena. Toward this end, the organization has, in
its short life span, undertaken several projects at
chapter, national and international levels.

- Ezekiel Macham Ph.D
Ezekiel Macham Ph.D was
born in Butura, in Bokkos local government of Plateau
state, Nigeria in February 15, 1955, where he attended
his elementary education. He later attended and
completed his secondary education from government
science secondary school Kuru in Plateau state Nigeria
in 1974. After his secondary education Dr. Macham
proceeded to Ahmadu Bello university, college of
irrigation agronomy Bakura where he obtained his
Ordinary Diploma in 1976 and higher Diploma in 1980.
He holds a doctorate degree in International Affairs and
Development from Clark Atlanta University and a Master
of Science Degree in Agricultural Extension and
Technical Services from Tuskegee University and A BS
degree in Agribusiness Education.
Dr. Macham is currently the President Zumunta
Association USA Inc., He is also the President of the
Alliance of Nigerian Organizations in Georgia, an
umbrella organization of Nigerian associations in
Georgia. Until recently he served as the Chairman/CEO of
NICORE, a dynamic Nigerian investment group. NICORE
draws its membership from Nigerians in the Diaspora with
representation from all parts of the country. The main
objective of the group is to empower Nigerians
economically through joint investments.
